Authenticity
We do not sell counterfeit watches as it is a
violation of law. Paragonwatches.com sells only brand new, 100% AUTHENTIC
watches. They come complete with all boxes, international warranty paperwork,
instruction manuals, serial numbers, etc. Paragonwatches.com does not sell used,
refurbished, factory seconds, or replica products. All our watches are
sourced directly from authorized dealers. We
are not the authorized dealer for most of the Swiss brand watches due to pricing
issue. The authorized dealers are not allowed to sell their watches openly; at
discounted price.
If Any product
description has an error, please take
standard original manufacturer specification.

Delivery
Estimated Delivery Period:-

Tracking information will be sent to
you when your package is shipped. For security reason, please track your package
online and expect to receive your package within the above estimated delivery
period. The purchaser is responsible to track for their own package to ensure on
time delivery.
Shipments will be ship via Federal
Express (FedEx) from our worldwide distribution center located outsides of the United States
with track able service. Our courier service will handle the customs
clearance and deliver the package to you.
You can either arrange to pick up at
their station or request for door-to-door delivery service. Package will be
deliver to your shipping address if you do not call FedEx to arrange. In this
case, please make sure you will be at the shipping address to sign for the
package. We will not be held responsible for any package lost if the package was
signed by an un-authorized party at that address.
We will also not be held responsible
for any package lost due to a customer having signed a "signature release form,"
which would authorize our courier to leave the package in front of the door. The
buyer is 100% responsible for any lost packages caused by signing a "signature
release form."

within our control posted on our appointed carrier (FedEx) tracking results:

We ship to most of the countries.
(refer to the countries listed below) Just contact us with your complete address
if your country is not listed and we will let you know the shipping cost and
whether delivery can be made to
your address.
All packages shipped via
Paragonwatches.com are fully insured against loss, theft & damage during
transit.
Shipping Rate

Note: Apart from shipping charges, you
are responsible for all duty/tax. This charges is not calculated into the cost
of your watch or the shipping charges.
Kindly note that shipment will be delivered to a
physical shipping address only. No PO BOX or Mailbox shipping addresses will be
accepted. We are
also not deliver to an APO or military address
as the couriers are not allowed to enter these places.
You
will need to provide the destination shipping address phone number, correct
postal/zip code and correct shipping address information in order to ensure
delivery of your shipment.
Shipping to an
address other than the billing address
For security purposes
Paragonwatches.com prefers to ship all watches to the billing address. However
we recognize the necessity for customers to be able to ship the watch to an
alternate address. If you have selected to ship the watch to a different address
other than your billing address you will be required to add an "alternate
shipping address to file" with your credit card company. This is a very routine
& simple process & should take only a few minutes:

Call your bank customer
service telephone number; the telephone number is on the back of your credit
card (usually toll free).

Ask the customer service
representative to add an "Alternate Shipping Address to File" & give the
representative the address you would like to have us ship the watch to.
This security procedure benefits &
protects both the consumer & Paragonwatches.com from potential fraudulent
orders. This procedure tells us that the cardholder has authorized
Paragonwatches.com to ship the watch to an address other than the billing
address.

Warranty
Paragonwatches.com
is solely a reseller of all the watches we carry and we do not represent any of
the manufacturers for the watches we carry.
All our watches come complete with international
warranty which enables you to service/repair your watch in your own country
without sending back to us. Beware other online retailers may offer you less
discount but removed serial numbers from the watch and offer their own/store
warranty which they can buy cheaper and sell more discounted from the retail
value.
The standard warranty covers material and
manufacturing defects existing at the time of delivery of the purchased. The
defect will be serviced/repaired free of charge during the warranty period.
However, the standard warranty does not cover the following:

the life of the battery
-
normal wear and tear and aging (e.g. scratched
crystal; alteration of the color and /or material of non metallic straps and
chains, such as leather, textile, rubber; peeling of the plating)
-
any damage on any part of the
watch resulting from abnormal/abusive use, lack of care, negligence,
accidents (knock, dents, crushing, broken crystal, etc.), incorrect use of
the watch and non-observance of the use directions provided by the user
manual that comes together with the watch
-
indirect or consequential
damages of any kind resulting from e.g. the use, the non-functioning, the
defects or the inaccuracy of the watch
-
the watch handled by
non-authorized persons (e.g. for battery replacement, services or repairs)
or which has been altered in its original condition
Other terms and conditions of warranty are subject
to the respective warranty statement that comes together with the watch.
When the manufacturers
warranty is included with the watch, warranty service shall be handled directly
between the consumer and the manufacturer. The watch will include a
manufacturers original endorsed warranty card.

Duty & Tax
Do I Need To Pay For Duty/Tax?
The duties and taxes are the sole
responsibility of the purchaser. (If it is applicable to your country) This cost
is not calculated into the cost of your watch or the shipping charges. Our
appointed carriers will handle the customs clearance and deliver the package
right to your doorstep. They will present the duty/tax bill to you if there is
any duty/tax incurred.
Below are the estimated Duty/tax for

by us from time to time without notice to you.
Based on the above
table, customer are able to calculate their estimated price shopping with us.
i.e. Shipment to UK, US$1200(watch price) + US$32(shipping) + US$90(duty/tax) =
US$1322(estimated amount need to pay).

Return
Policy
30 Day Money Back Satisfaction

Paragonwatches.com accepts returns of any
watch within 30 days for a refund or exchange. If you think you may want to
return your watch, do not wear it. It is almost impossible to wear a watch, for
even short periods without scratching or blemishing it in some way. Please do
not have any of the bracelet links removed for sizing. Sized bracelets are not
accepted for return. If your returned watch shows signs of being worn, we will
be unable to refund your money. Our return policy is subject to the following
terms of return:
1. Return
authorizations must be requested within
7 days
after you have received the watch. Your return package must reach us within
the 30 days period. Returns and exchanges over 7 days notification period or
30 days return period or without authorizations will be refused. Return
authorization code and instruction will be given to you when we receive your
return request.
2.
Return for Exchange
will be subject to a 3% or minimum $15 restocking fee. Customer will be
charged for the reship shipping cost. Exchanges will only be accepted for
the same or higher value item.
3.
Return for Refund
will be subject to a 5% or minimum $25 restocking fee. No Exceptions.
4.
Super Savings, Limited or Special Edition, Special
order, additional links, replacement strap/bracelet and all watches priced above
List Price US$3,000 are not returnable/exchangeable. You will be informed if
your order is considered a special order.
5.
All the shipping charges are non-refundable.
6.
Return the watch in the original box with all
original packing material, manuals, warranty cards (not filled out) and any
other material that came with the watch. Please do not remove the security seal
that is attached to the watch. If the seal has been tampered with or removed we
will not accept the return or exchange of the watch. We do not accept any watch
with any indication that the watch has been worn or used in any manner. These
include scratches, smudges, chips, dents or dirt and other such signs of use.
Please do not wear and do not do anything (open the back case, trying on your
wrist etc.) to the watch if you want to return it. The watch that you return
must not be resized, scratched or blemished.
7.
Return will be refused and we will not issue any
refund if the watch returned shows signs of having been worn or used. In such
cases, the item will only be shipped back to the purchaser.
We believe that the
above conditions are reasonable, fair and quite simple to adhere. If for some
reason one or multiple conditions cannot be met, please contact us and we will
try to help, BUT you must contact before and receive authorization.
You will be notified
at the time of purchase, if your order is a special order item and the above
policy may not apply - in which case the sale will be final & non-refundable.
